Identify, analyze, test, and implement new materials, techniques, methods, and technologies to improve production and meet plant KPIs. Create and execute projects tied to productivity, cost, quality, FROT, and lead time, while monitoring process and equipment performance and recommending continuous improvement. Support best-in-class jewelry manufacturing, define procedures and process controls, apply Lean Six Sigma, and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to install equipment and optimize workflow.
