Key Responsibilities

  • •Look for, analyze, test, and implement new materials, techniques, methods, and technologies to enhance production and meet plant KPIs.
  • •Create and execute projects delivering Plant/Company KPI results (productivity, cost, quality, FROT, lead time).
  • •Understand current and new machine performance and specifications to drive enhancement, development, and improvement.
  • •Monitor and audit process and equipment performance, recommend continuous improvements, and maximize process capability.
  • •Investigate and justify new technologies, manufacturing methods, and equipment; optimize layout/workflow to expand capacity and capability.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2-3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement.
  • •Strong project management and budget control experience.
  • •Good problem solving and analytical thinking with project management capability.
  • •Good coordination and communication skills.
  • •Green belt certification is preferred; plating plant experience in chemical or electroplating is required for plating roles.
