Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily and routine preventative mechanical maintenance work according to schedules and ACWA NOMAC procedures.
  • •Monitor machine conditions, report non-conformances, and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
  • •Troubleshoot mechanical failures by diagnosing, repairing, and checking equipment for issues such as corrosion, cracks, leaks, and failures.
  • •Diagnose causes of mechanical malfunctions and carry out corrective measures in collaboration with the Mechanical Engineer / Supervisor.
  • •Update maintenance logbooks with work details and findings, and ensure inventory checks for spare parts.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical certificate / Associate’s Diploma in mechanical maintenance.
  • •3–5 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance as a technician in a plant environment.
  • •Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment and installations.
  • •Practical knowledge of relevant plant equipment.
  • •Awareness of HSE and quality standards.
