Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee offshore construction activities including platforms, jackets, topsides, pipelines, subsea structures, hook-up & commissioning (HUC).
  • •Monitor EPC contractor construction performance to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and ADNOC standards.
  • •Review and approve construction methodologies, work packs, lift plans, and marine spreads.
  • •Ensure effective coordination between offshore and onshore teams.
  • •Support offshore pre-commissioning, commissioning, and mechanical completion activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or Marine).
  • •Minimum 15+ years of experience in offshore oil & gas construction.
  • •Minimum 5–8 years in a PMC or client-side role.
  • •Strong experience with ADNOC offshore projects or major Middle East operators.
  • •Leadership and contractor management skills.
