Job Summary

Join the Global Compensation team within Total Rewards to build, unify, and scale global compensation infrastructure and pay-for-performance programs. You’ll harmonise job architecture and salary range structures across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo, deliver compensation review cycles with the TRC team, and perform multi-region market pricing and complex compensation analysis. Partner cross-functionally with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and People Systems to support promotions, offer structures, and org changes.

Key Responsibilities

•Harmonise global compensation frameworks across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo by evolving global job architecture and salary range structures.
•Maintain governance for global job architecture, salary ranges, and benchmarking methodologies to ensure consistency as the business scales.
•Execute annual and ad hoc compensation review cycles with the Talent & Rewards Cycle (TRC) team to ensure accurate and efficient program delivery.
•Support total pay programs, including base salary and equity / long-term incentive (LTI) structures.
•Perform market pricing, internal benchmarking, and compensation analysis; audit data, validate outputs, and improve tooling and automation.

Key Requirements

•Significant broad-based compensation experience across salary structures, market pricing, global compensation cycles, and job architecture in fast-scaling organisations.
•Strong equity and long-term incentive (LTI) knowledge and how they integrate into total rewards strategies.
•Data-driven analytical capability to manage large datasets, run multi-region compensation analysis, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
•Proven operational excellence and process design skills, including strict data governance and improving automated tooling.
•Experience working across multi-country compensation frameworks and diverse regional market practices in fast-paced environments.
