Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end lab operations to ensure safe, high-quality, efficient production execution.
  • •Drive production output by achieving daily, weekly, and quarterly targets and maximizing equipment utilization.
  • •Oversee 24/7 lab operations, including Production Control Center (PCC) activities and cleanroom floor operations.
  • •Ensure quality management by preventing contamination/defects and enforcing strict quality standards to protect wafer integrity.
  • •Investigate incidents using root-cause methods (5 Whys, 8D, RCA), drive CAPA, and manage operational performance reporting.

Salary: USD 164,000 - 225,500

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •8+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, cleanroom operations, or similar environments.
  • •Proven leadership experience managing operations teams in a high-volume or R&D fab setting, including 24/7 operations.
  • •Experience applying process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma (or equivalent).
  • •Strong problem-solving skills using structured methodologies like 5 Whys, 8D, and RCA.
