Key Responsibilities

•Build and deploy tailored solutions by translating customer institutional knowledge and requirements into scalable workflows and integrations.
•Partner with product and engineering teams to test features and identify high-impact use cases; contribute ideas for new product capabilities.
•Support customer-facing teams on calls and demos, educate users on product capabilities, validate use cases, and troubleshoot technical issues.
•Collaborate across product, engineering, and GTM teams to continuously improve the product and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
•Experience deploying solutions in customer-facing or consulting environments.
•Strong user of AI tools, with a mindset of leveraging technology to scale impact.
•Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
•Excellent communication skills, bridging technical and non-technical audiences.
