Build and foster trusted relationships with customers through proactive outreach and follow-up across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. Assess customer banking needs, gather and process account information, and recommend deposit and loan products aligned to customers’ goals. Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products, open new accounts, complete service requests, submit credit applications, and educate clients on digital and self-service options while delivering an excellent client experience.
