Consultant Project Manager - Construction

Lead end-to-end project management commissions for Turner & Townsend’s expanding Real Estate team in Leeds, acting as the key day-to-day client interface. Advise at project conception on approaches to meet client objectives, establish success criteria, and manage governance, planning, quality/safety/health/environment, change control, performance (KPIs), and project finances. Facilitate a cross-functional team and deliver formal progress reporting across all project stages.
