Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply Dubai/Abu Dhabi/KSA guidelines and standards to civil/infrastructure design deliverables.
  • •Deliver dry utilities and infrastructure engineering from concept/masterplan through IFC stage.
  • •Design and support primary substation and EHV/HV/LV corridor and network requirements, including calculations and reporting.
  • •Produce telecommunication network design outputs (ducts, manholes) and support GSM tower coverage requirements.
  • •Coordinate with wet, roads, transportation, landscape, and building teams to integrate multidisciplinary designs.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • •Strong understanding of Dubai/Abu Dhabi/KSA authority guidelines, standards, and requirements.
  • •Full understanding of dry utilities and infrastructure project requirements from concept/masterplan stage to IFC stage.
  • •Infrastructure engineering background with prior experience on infrastructure projects, including primary substations and HV/LV corridors/networks up to 33kV.
  • •Telecommunication infrastructure network design and street lighting design capability, including calculations, SLDs, load schedules, and coordination with other disciplines.
