Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure daily readiness of field teams by coordinating tools, equipment, vehicles, parts, and job documentation.
  • •Serve as the primary liaison between field crews and internal teams including logistics, procurement, and scheduling.
  • •Conduct site visits to support, coach, and perform quality assurance on active installation projects.
  • •Monitor and enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
  • •Train and mentor field technicians, review completed installations for quality/customer expectations, and support warranty and rework investigations with corrective action plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as an HVAC install team member and team lead.
  • •5+ years in a management role overseeing field teams.
  • •GA Conditioned Air Contractor (CAC) — Class I Restricted (State, RME Required; #1 Gating Item).
  • •Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including heat pumps and ability to read blueprints and schematics.
  • •Familiarity with building codes and regulations; must follow OSHA electrical and OSHA Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) standards.
