Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer assigned HR benefits programs in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
  • •Maintain advanced knowledge of benefit plan design and review employee forms and reports; complete complex HR technology data entry.
  • •Coordinate daily benefit processes, including benefit calculations and payment requests (e.g., payroll wires and invoices).
  • •Support compliance through audits, compliance testing, eligibility inquiries/appeals, and government filings and submissions.
  • •Create/update process documents, support trainings/presentations, drive process changes, and produce periodic financial reporting for budgeting.
