Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage client relationships, expectations, and deliverables day to day to ensure satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
  • •Partner with senior leadership on complex or executive-level client relationships while independently owning the brand foundation and daily account management.
  • •Review creative work for strategic alignment and provide clear, constructive recommendations to the team.
  • •Monitor monthly/quarterly financials, forecasts, and budgets, partnering with senior account leads to hit targets and milestones.
  • •Contribute to pitches and proactively grow and retain talent through managing and mentoring team members.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in advertising, with HCP advertising and digital marketing experience preferred.
  • •Strong client engagement skills, including proactive communication, meeting management, presentation development, and responsiveness.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience developing and delivering strategic and tactical plans.
  • •Solid financial management skills, including project budgets, weekly/monthly/quarterly financial reporting, and annual SOWs.
  • •Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and departments.
