Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver engaging, play-based lessons aligned with the Early Years curriculum to support holistic child development.
  • •Create and maintain a safe, positive, and well-organized learning environment that encourages independence and respectful behavior.
  • •Monitor each child’s progress and provide targeted support to meet individual learning and developmental needs.
  • •Work closely with colleagues and leadership while participating in meetings and ongoing professional development.
  • •Build strong relationships with parents through consistent communication and regular updates on student progress.

Key Requirements

  • •Teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, CACHE Level 3 or equivalent)
  • •KHDA approval (or ability to obtain it)
  • •Minimum 1–2 years teaching experience in an Early Years / Kindergarten setting (preferably in the UAE)
  • •Experience with EYFS, play-based learning, and inquiry-driven classrooms
  • •A UK-enhanced DBS or equivalent police check is a pre-requisite for all appointments
