Key Responsibilities

  • •Read and understand package contract documents, detailed drawings, specifications, and health & safety measures, including updates.
  • •Ensure contractors comply with contract standards and specifications via observation, measurements, testing, and tracking QA progress.
  • •Maintain daily records of contractor manpower and equipment resources.
  • •Undertake site supervision and inspections as required or instructed by the Resident Engineer (RE) or Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE), and document personnel/equipment, observed activities, and methods used.
  • •Monitor conformance to quality/performance/code requirements and monitor construction health and safety, reporting any violations and site instructions.

Key Requirements

  • •Site experience covering basic design requirements, estimation, installation, and all site activities for structural works on large-scale building projects.
  • •Familiar with structural engineering methodologies and the related equipment, materials, consumables, tools, and manpower allocations for structural works.
  • •Well versed in interpreting and executing structural-related drawings.
  • •Knowledge of the related authorities’ requirements.
  • •High-rise residential and commercial buildings experience, including strong background in start-up, execution, and handover of major projects.
