•Educate customers on product features, benefits, materials, and care instructions; maintain up-to-date product knowledge to minimize stock loss.
•Maintain store standards, support visual merchandising guidelines, and manage inventory records for incoming and outgoing stock.
•Operate the POS system for billing, balance tills, process payments, and handle receipts, refunds, and changes while ensuring loss prevention policies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree
•Effective communication and interpersonal skills
•Previous experience in a sales role is preferred
•Flexibility to work extended hours during peak sales periods
•Knowledge of product features, materials and care instructions
