Key Responsibilities

  • •Set and execute a multi-year strategy and roadmap for Terminal hardware across first-party and third-party devices and accessories.
  • •Define product requirements, user journeys, and acceptance criteria for end-to-end hardware products from concept through post-launch iteration.
  • •Partner with engineering and quality teams to guide development and deliver high-quality device experiences.
  • •Manage the continued global expansion of the third-party hardware portfolio, including availability, local payment support, certifications, distribution, pricing, and launch readiness.
  • •Communicate product strategy, priorities, risks, and trade-offs to cross-functional partners and Stripe leadership, including occasional travel to partner sites or Stripe offices (APAC).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product management experience leading complex technology products.
  • •Demonstrated success shipping physical, connected devices or similarly complex products from concept through launch.
  • •Experience defining and driving product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, prioritization, and launch plans for technical products.
  • •Ability to partner closely with hardware, firmware, and software engineering and participate credibly in technical product and architecture discussions.
  • •Experience working with external vendors and manufacturers (OEMs/ODMs) to deliver hardware products.
