Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with customer-facing “co-pilots” (founders and GTM leaders) to define roadmap and deliver value for DubClub's users.
  • •Lead design and development of full-stack product features in the mobile and web app.
  • •Balance speed, scope, and maintainability to deliver near-term immediate impact, while keeping long-term scalability in mind.
  • •Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to other engineers.
  • •Collaborate with GTM leaders and design talent to implement intuitive, reliable, and valuable user experiences.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 220,000 annually
