•Drive results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
•Perform beauty services including makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
•Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards, keeping licenses active and following health and safety protocols.
•Foster inclusiveness and teamwork, promoting a culture of openness and empowerment.
•Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and creating a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 27.6 hourly

Key Requirements

•An active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are being performed.
•1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

•Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
