Key Responsibilities

•Own the technical onboarding, integration, and expansion of Insider One solutions for assigned accounts.
•Lead technical workshops and architecture sessions to align Insider One with client goals and drive adoption.
•Run pilots and PoC initiatives to demonstrate business value and production-readiness.
•Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation with internal engineering and product teams.
•Escalate blockers and facilitate cross-functional solutions while advocating for customer needs.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in complex technical solution design, system architecture, or implementation of SaaS platforms.
•Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior IT leaders and influence technical decision-making in large or strategic client accounts.
•Strong project and stakeholder management skills, including experience with pilots, proof of concepts, and scalable deployments.
•Technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure, hybrid systems, and system integration best practices.
•Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, XML, and database technologies; experience with marketing technologies, SaaS platforms, mobile apps, or API integrations is strongly preferred.
