Lead Accountant- Payments and 1099's

Lead accounts payable payment processing and Form 1099 preparation, including backup withholding, regulatory reporting, and monthly journal entries. Support employee expense management in Concur and payment runs in SAP, while reconciling balance sheet accounts and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and internal controls. Analyze and improve accounting workflows and related data using reporting and analytics tools, mentor teammates, and partner with Legal and auditors to support annual and semiannual audit readiness and operational excellence.
