Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy aligned with business objectives across our global footprint
•Own and optimize global compensation programs, including salary structures, job architecture, and equity and bonus processes
•Oversee global benefits, time off, and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions and partner with vendors
•Partner with HR, Revenue Operations, and leadership to design frameworks and train leaders on total rewards offerings
•Lead and develop a small team of compensation and benefits professionals while shaping People function culture

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 143,000 - 238,000 annually

•10+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
•Proven track record developing and implementing global compensation and benefits strategies

•International benefits experience across multiple countries/regions
