Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high production, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment possible.
  • •Build and lead the team through hiring, training, retaining, counseling, and educating on benefits and company policies.
  • •Check daily production orders to ensure customer order fulfillment, accurate shipments, and proper product coding, including inventory rotation.
  • •Ensure workstations are staffed for startup, machinery is performing, and workstations have passed USDA Inspection.
  • •Oversee processing operations, promote safety daily and in monthly safety meetings, and coordinate with other supervisors to solve problems.
