Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead the team through hiring, training, retaining, and counseling; rotate workstations throughout the shift.
  • •Review daily production orders to ensure customer order fulfillment, accurate shipments, and proper record keeping.
  • •Ensure workstations are staffed before production start-up.
  • •Oversee machinery performance and ensure workstations have passed USDA inspection.
  • •Promote safety through daily efforts and monthly safety meetings; coordinate with other supervisors to solve processing problems and provide quality education.
