Key Responsibilities

  • •Level 1: Regularly review and update personal tool inventory, complete daily work assignments, troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic systems, understand warranty policy, follow safety and environmental requirements, and maintain professional communication with customers and staff.
  • •Level 2: Provide warranty support, evaluate and validate claims, generate service reports, and communicate activities to customers and the Service Manager.
  • •Level 3: Develop customized solutions for customers, rebuild components to OEM specs, support multiple equipment types, and mentor other technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •The candidate should have basic computer skills and be familiar with Epiroc equipment.
  • •Own hand tools and the ability to expand the tool inventory as needed from the required tool list.
  • •Must complete TL1 and TL2 training within the first year of employment.
  • •Maintain required safety training certificates (e.g., Mine Safety & Health Administration training) by date required by Manager.
  • •Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; ability to drive commercial vehicles as required by DOT.
