Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end testing and validation of smart devices to secure carrier approvals and technical acceptance ahead of launch.
  • •Author, maintain, and drive the Master Launch Checklist to align Product Management, Supply Chain, Packaging, and Sales for on-time commercialization.
  • •Lead weekly alignment meetings with wireless carriers to track testing schedules and ensure resolution of open technical issues.
  • •Proactively mitigate launch risks through testing progress monitoring and follow-up actions.
  • •Drive rapid resolution of complex technical issues across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Information Technology, Business Administration, Sales Operations Management, or a related field.
  • •6+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 4+ years with a Master’s degree) in product testing, product engineering, business planning, product development, or consulting.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge and experience within the telecom sector and the wireless ecosystem (hardware, OS/software, app developers, service providers, carrier software).
  • •Must understand consumer mobile products (smartphone, tablet, and/or wearables) and have a record of meeting launch testing deadlines.
  • •Preferred: deep technical understanding of modern wireless standards and network protocols, including 5G NR, LTE, VoLTE/VoNR, IMS, and eSIM architectures.
