Key Responsibilities

  • •Strengthen Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) processes across intake, prioritization, dependency engagement, escalation mitigation, and communications to improve delivery speed for Credit and Fraud Risk (CFR) initiatives.
  • •Partner with Enterprise LPM and platform tech teams to enable efficiency of CFR-owned and CFR-impacted initiatives.
  • •Represent RPDS as a participant with other enterprise LPMs where CFR dependencies exist.
  • •Support annual investment planning for CFR by forecasting high-level directional capacity needs for each train and ensuring appropriate costing and financials.
  • •Communicate status and key capability metrics on a regular cadence to CFR stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or comparable experience) in operations research, engineering, or a related technical field with 1+ year of work experience.
  • •Experience operating within the Scaled Agile Framework of technology development.
  • •Deep knowledge of risk management processes and the associated data and technology systems supporting the customer lifecycle.
  • •Strong ability to lead multiple projects/priorities under high pressure and tight timeframes.
  • •Validated relationship and communication skills, with an analytical approach to solving sophisticated problems.
