Job Summary

Lead Lean Portfolio Management processes that strengthen intake, prioritization, dependency engagement, and escalation mitigation for Credit and Fraud Risk technology initiatives. Partner with Enterprise LPM and platform technology teams to improve efficiency of CFR-owned and CFR-impacted work. Represent RPDS across enterprise LPM dependencies, support annual investment planning with capacity and costing inputs, and share status and metrics with CFR stakeholders at regular cadences.

Key Responsibilities

•Strengthen Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) processes across intake, prioritization, dependency team engagement, platform escalation mitigation, and communication to improve delivery speed for CFR tech initiatives.
•Partner with Enterprise LPM and platform technology teams to enable efficiency for CFR-owned and CFR-impacted initiatives.
•Represent RPDS as a participant with other enterprise LPMs where CFR dependencies exist.
•Support annual investment planning for CFR, including capacity forecasting and ensuring appropriate costing and financials.
•Communicate status and metrics on critical RPDS capabilities to CFR stakeholders on regular cadences.

Salary: USD 103,750 - 174,750 annually

•Experience operating within the Scaled Agile Framework of technology development.
•Ability to lead multiple projects/priorities simultaneously under high pressure and tight timeframes to drive the enterprise agenda forward.
•Validated relationship-building and dynamic communication skills, including influencing stakeholders.
•Bachelor’s degree (or comparable experience) in operation research, engineering, or a related technical field with 1+ year of work experience.
