Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Finance digital transformation projects across the bank as the single point of accountability for the Finance change portfolio.
  • •Establish and direct the Finance transformation capability, providing centralized tracking, governance, and control across the Finance major-program portfolio.
  • •Define portfolio governance standards, reporting disciplines, and escalation thresholds; remove working-level delivery impediments.
  • •Act as primary liaison between Finance, Technology, and external implementation partners for Finance initiatives.
  • •Lead Finance workstreams for Oracle Flexcube and downstream systems; develop project plans, monitor milestones, manage risks, and provide regular updates to the Group CFO and steering committees.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • •Professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA) and/or project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
  • •15–18 years of experience leading large-scale technology transformation and system implementation projects in the banking industry.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of Oracle Flexcube and Oracle EPM and OFSAA modules including FTP, ALM, PFT, LRM & LLFP.
  • •Strong understanding of finance data architecture and finance/reporting processes (including IFRS), plus experience with end-to-end delivery, testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, and AI adoption/automation initiatives.
