Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of backend engineering experience with 3+ years in a lead or principal role.
  • •Proven experience designing and scaling distributed systems in production.
  • •Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
  • •Strong backend language expertise (Java, Go, Python, Node.js, or similar).
  • •Deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, and API design, plus cloud and infrastructure experience (AWS/GCP/Azure).
