Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement program plans and strategies aligned to organizational goals, delivering on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • •Coordinate Value-Stream delivery across Quote → Engineering → Release, creating one outcome story and KPI performance across growth sites.
  • •Partner with CI, Digital (IT) delivery teams, Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, and Integrated Ops to deliver the front-end digital backbone and ensure alignment of process and outcomes.
  • •Build and scale repeatable standard work, managing cross-site sequencing, dependencies, and forward-deployment planning with capability owners and BRMs.
  • •Provide governance and escalation for execution issues across value streams, arbitrate dependencies, track benefit realization, and report progress and risks through steering committees and leadership cadences.
