Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage overall project cost, schedule, and budgets.
  • •Manage general contractors and other directly contracted vendors and consultants.
  • •Track and manage critical milestones to avoid schedule slip, and run/lead required meetings.
  • •Oversee delivery from pre-contract to handover, including design phase management and transfer of building operations with close out documentation and warranties.
  • •Lead business development activities to pursue new opportunities (from pursuit plan to conversion) and strengthen client relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a Senior Project Manager with sector experience such as Industrial, Pharma, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Data Center.
  • •University degree in Civil/Building Construction, Construction Management, HVAC, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Manage business development activities: identify, develop, and secure new project opportunities, including growth-focused market activities.
  • •Knowledge of Structural, Civil and/or Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, and Low Voltage scopes of work.
  • •Advanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing, and presentations, plus strong professional communication and organization skills.
