Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Phoenix office and Western Region, driving operational excellence, service quality, and delivery against client commitments.
  • •Translate ACIM and Hub strategy into local action plans aligned to the Arizona/Western region market and regulatory environment.
  • •Act as a senior representative of Aon within the Phoenix/Western Region insurance and captive community, maintaining strong relationships with clients, regulators, and key stakeholders.
  • •Support business development, retention, and growth opportunities across Phoenix, Arizona, and the wider region.
  • •Ensure compliance with Arizona and wider region regulatory requirements, Aon policies, and the ACIM Risk Management Framework; partner on audits, inspections, and governance activities.

Key Requirements
