Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and facilitate training related programs for site learners (up to 50 per session).
  • •Track learning performance, quality, and implement performance improvement initiatives.
  • •Monitor adherence to training programs to ensure standard work and implement new tactical/strategic projects.
  • •Create training documents and design training content using tools such as Articulate 360, Photoshop, and video editing.
  • •Create internal dashboards and report training progress and KPIs in daily and weekly leadership calls.

Key Requirements

  • •Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
  • •Bachelor's degree.
  • •Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including colleagues and leadership.
  • •Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, reacting with urgency when needed.
