Key Responsibilities

  • •Grow the CIS opportunity pipeline in Singapore and other Asian countries across target industries.
  • •Define competence matrix to increase maturity and secure project delivery within the CIS Business Line portfolio.
  • •Manage bids and projects locally, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to customer and internal stakeholder satisfaction.
  • •Implement project execution monitoring to detect risks/issues early, manage escalations, and ensure governance compliance.
  • •Lead and develop the CIS team, driving team transformation, capability, engagement, performance, operational excellence, and technology delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in a relevant discipline.
  • •Track record delivering large and complex projects, including systems integration scope.
  • •Proven business development track record in Asia (a plus).
  • •Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with colleagues, partners, and customers.
  • •Strong leadership skills with a hands-on style.
