Key Responsibilities

•Grow the CIS opportunity pipeline in Singapore and other Asian countries across target industries.
•Define competence matrix to increase maturity and secure project delivery within the CIS Business Line portfolio.
•Manage bids and projects locally, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to customer and internal stakeholder satisfaction.
•Implement project execution monitoring to detect risks/issues early, manage escalations, and ensure governance compliance.
•Lead and develop the CIS team, driving team transformation, capability, engagement, performance, operational excellence, and technology delivery.

Key Requirements

•University degree in a relevant discipline.
•Track record delivering large and complex projects, including systems integration scope.
•Proven business development track record in Asia (a plus).
•Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with colleagues, partners, and customers.
•Strong leadership skills with a hands-on style.
