Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings (Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K) using Workiva.
  • •Assist with quarterly earnings release materials, earnings call support documentation, and related analyses.
  • •Gather, validate, and organize financial and non-financial information for external reporting deliverables.
  • •Prepare and maintain supporting schedules, analyses, and workpapers for SEC disclosures and management reports.
  • •Support U.S. GAAP and SEC disclosure checklists and compliance procedures, including workpaper tie-outs and audit requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.

  • •Progress toward CPA certification or intention to pursue the CPA designation.
