Support the plant’s production environment as a temporary production worker through summer 2025, helping keep the facility safe, clean, and organized. Perform general cleaning (sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal), assist production areas by maintaining hazard-free floors and workstations, move materials/equipment under supervision, operate basic cleaning equipment as trained, and follow all PPE and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility by performing general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
•Support production areas by keeping floors and workstations clean and hazard-free.
•Move materials or equipment as needed under supervision.
•Follow safety protocols and report hazards or unsafe conditions.
•Operate basic cleaning equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, vacuums) as trained and maintain cleaning logs/checklists.

Key Requirements

•Pass a physical/drug screen and meet PPE requirements.
•Ability to wear required PPE and perform frequent walking, occasional standing, and occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.
•Visual acuity for visual inspection and ability to identify and distinguish colors (including passing a color vision test).
•Able to understand a computer and programs.
•Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
