Technical Project/Program Manager

Lead technical project/program execution by developing account technology engagement plans and managing engineering schedules, resource allocation, and budgets. Oversee on-time, within-budget performance by coordinating internal and external resources and vendors. Provide technical guidance and engineering/business process expertise to project teams, while interfacing with customers to define objectives, deliver status updates, and support release and deployment. Manage employees through direct or matrixed reports to drive performance and retention.
