Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with applicable debt collection laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • •Track recovery metrics and report on recovery activity, while streamlining processes and maintaining accurate records.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in debt resolution/debt collection as an agent.
  • •KSA-based debt collection agency experience.
  • •In-depth knowledge of debt collection laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • •Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage delicate conversations and resolve disputes.
  • •Fluency in Arabic and English, plus a relevant debt collection certification.
