Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical assistance by interpreting drawings and specifications and recommending construction methods.
  • •Manage construction projects including administration, approvals, schedules, and budgets based on project scope.
  • •Oversee furniture systems work: installations, replacements, reorganizations, and inventory management.
  • •Develop and manage vendor relationships to help lower cost outlays while coordinating work with safety and procedure requirements.
  • •Maintain project schedules and design standards, conduct periodic space audits/surveys, and support relocation management coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Construction Management (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •3+ years’ experience in interior construction, interior renovations/remodel management, or furniture systems installation project management.
  • •Intermediate construction process knowledge from conception to completion, including project management and design.
  • •Intermediate knowledge of commercial office furniture brands, components, quality, and ergonomics.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Foxit/Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint).
