Showroom Sales Support Representative

Provide administrative and customer-facing support to showroom sales teams by answering sales calls, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and resolving order issues. Collaborate with Outside Sales and Showroom Consultants to ensure customer needs are met through proactive order management and timely responsiveness. Work in a fast-paced onsite environment handling phones, emails, and various software programs while delivering personalized service.
