Key Responsibilities

  • •Support daily provider and coach assignments based on licensure and operational requirements, and guidance from practice management.
  • •Monitor care team panels to ensure operational requirements are met and handle changes such as onboarding, attrition, PTO coverage, licensure relapses, and language preferences.
  • •Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure assignment accuracy, maintaining assignment trackers, reports, and dashboards.
  • •Serve as a liaison between clinical delivery stakeholders and technical/product teams to address operational requirements and assignment-related projects.
  • •Identify inefficiencies through data analysis, recommend process improvements, support QA initiatives, and generate reports on metrics like time-to-assignment and panel balance.
