Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a team of Data Scientists and AI Engineers, providing technical direction, coaching, and delivery oversight.
  • •Define and execute AI and Machine Learning initiatives that deliver measurable business value and operational efficiency.
  • •Partner with stakeholders across Sony Europe to identify, prioritise, and develop AI-driven solutions for business challenges.
  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of AI projects from concept and experimentation through to deployment and optimisation.
  • •Promote engineering best practices across model development, MLOps, deployment, and monitoring; evaluate impact using success metrics.

  • •Proven experience leading Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI teams within large and complex organisations.
  • •Strong expertise in Machine Learning and Generative AI, including AI Agents, with the ability to identify high-impact business applications.
  • •Experience delivering AI solutions from concept through production in enterprise environments.
  • •Strong leadership skills with experience leading and developing technical teams.
  • •Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and modern AI/ML frameworks and libraries; understanding of MLOps and operationalisation of AI solutions.
