Job Summary

Lead a product-oriented enterprise agile transformation by coaching multiple teams end to end across varying maturity levels. Partner with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, leaders, and team members to shift from project thinking to product and customer thinking, improving agile ceremonies and running workshops. Build Power BI dashboards and use SQL-driven insights to translate team maturity and performance into leadership-focused metrics, enabling teams to sustain agile practices independently.

Key Responsibilities

•Coach teams end to end to build independent capability to sustain agile and product practices.
•Assess team maturity quickly, calibrate coaching approach, and coach Scrum Masters and Product Owners to run their own teams without ongoing support.
•Coach leaders and team members on a product-oriented transformation, helping shift from project mindset to product mindset, including customer and backlog thinking.
•Facilitate and improve core agile ceremonies and workshops (e.g., backlog refinement, definition of done) to support continuous learning and improvement.
•Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, partnering on key metrics and visualizations to communicate progress and performance to leadership.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of enterprise agile coaching experience, including coaching multiple teams at different maturity levels and experience in a product-based operating model.
•10–12 years of Agile/Lean process improvement experience in large enterprises.
•Strong product and customer orientation, with coaching ability beyond agile mechanics to drive product thinking and backlog ownership.
•Hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboards/reports) and comfort pulling and shaping data using SQL and relational databases.
•Certifications in agile/Scrum frameworks (e.g., Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, ICAgile, SAFe, PMI) and strong facilitation/communication skills, including working with US time zones.
