•Lead the development and integration of signal processing features, controller software, and embedded firmware solutions for Sonova hearing systems
•Own and evolve controller software components, integration frameworks, tools, and pipelines used across R&D
•Provide technical leadership and decision-making authority for signal processing realization, controller software, and system integration topics
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Deep Learning, Firmware Infrastructure, Embedded Software, Hardware, Audiology, UX, and Platform teams
•Define verification and validation approaches to ensure readiness for product integration and system validation

•Strong understanding of embedded software, system integration, fitting software systems, and regulated product development
•Ability to lead through ambiguity while balancing innovation, scalability, quality, and long-term platform value
