Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, review, and maintain a complete and accurate set of customs documentation for import and export operations.
  • •Submit documentation to customs brokers and control the customs clearance process end-to-end.
  • •Ensure correctness and completeness of customs documentation prepared internally or by customs brokers.
  • •Verify customs declarations for correctness, including: HS / CN classification, customs value, Incoterms, country of origin, applied customs procedures.
  • •Act as the main point of contact for customs brokers in Poland.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience working with customs clearance processes in Poland
  • •Hands-on experience in preparing, reviewing, and validating customs documentation
  • •Strong understanding of customs procedures, customs valuation, and tariff classification (HS / CN)
  • •Experience coordinating and controlling the work of external customs brokers
  • •Good knowledge of EU and Polish customs legislation
