Work with customers, field teams, and R&D to identify service value for plasma and thermal chamber tools. Drive hardware performance improvements by defining required engineering changes, then prototype and test solutions with vendors and the engineering team. Conduct engineering experiments by collecting and analyzing data, compiling reports, and generating results-focused marketing reports that demonstrate customer value.
