Consultant Relations Director

Drive education, engagement, and revenue growth by owning end-to-end strategy for assigned consultant firms. Build senior-level relationships with benefit consultants and broker partners to influence opportunity creation, win rates, and deal velocity. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, and Product to support renewals and expansions, while delivering market intelligence back to the organization. Represent the company at industry events with ~20% travel.
