Job Summary

Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Design, Global Merchandising, Creative Development, Marketing, Architecture, and Operations teams to create and implement compelling retail environments. Support monthly window and in-store global VM guidelines, seasonal showroom installations, special events, and global initiatives involving fixtures, props, graphics, and product enhancements. Help with seasonal trend hunting, rollout of new visual programs, and launches of key seasonal initiatives, representing the Coach VM philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the creation of monthly window and in-store global VM guidelines in partnership with SEA Merchandising, Marketing, and Design.
•Partner with local merchants to ensure VM direction is relevant across markets.
•Provide visual merchandising support for seasonal showrooms installations and special events.
•Collaborate with Merchandising, Design, Creative, Production Marketing, and Architecture on global initiatives for fixtures, props, graphics, and product enhancements.
•Support seasonal trend hunting, develop and roll out new visual programs, and help launch key seasonal initiatives in select flagship locations globally.

Key Requirements

•2-4 years of visual merchandising experience (fashion brand or specialty retailer) or fresh graduate encouraged to apply.
•Experience with women’s leather goods and lifestyle categories such as bags, small leather goods, ready-to-wear, footwear, and accessories.
•Excellent communication and organizational skills to interface with a diverse group.
•Strong initiative, ownership, and accountability, with the ability to take direction and manage shifting priorities.
•Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and flexibility to travel.
