Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the creation of monthly window and in-store global VM guidelines in partnership with SEA Merchandising, Marketing, and Design.
  • •Partner with local merchants to ensure VM direction is relevant across markets.
  • •Provide visual merchandising support for seasonal showrooms installations and special events.
  • •Collaborate with Merchandising, Design, Creative, Production Marketing, and Architecture on global initiatives for fixtures, props, graphics, and product enhancements.
  • •Support seasonal trend hunting, develop and roll out new visual programs, and help launch key seasonal initiatives in select flagship locations globally.

Key Requirements

  • •2-4 years of visual merchandising experience (fashion brand or specialty retailer) or fresh graduate encouraged to apply.
  • •Experience with women’s leather goods and lifestyle categories such as bags, small leather goods, ready-to-wear, footwear, and accessories.
  • •Excellent communication and organizational skills to interface with a diverse group.
  • •Strong initiative, ownership, and accountability, with the ability to take direction and manage shifting priorities.
  • •Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and flexibility to travel.
