Job Summary

Estimate and prepare cost proposals for oil and gas tender projects by coordinating inputs from engineering, procurement, planning and other functions. Develop estimating plans, set up templates, and ensure timely, accurate costings that support winning bids while coordinating with multiple departments and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare Cost estimates for Conceptual, Pre FEED, FEED, EPCI, T&I, Fabrication scope as required
•Set up Estimating Structure & template in line with Price form to be submitted
•Develop Estimating Plan and prepare the Basis of Estimate
•Organize and liaise meetings with respective functional input givers
•Expedite inputs to ensure the bidding schedule is not jeopardized

Key Requirements

•Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, science, math or related disciplines
•Cost Control Professional – certification would be an added advantage but not mandatory
•3+ years in oil and gas industry
•Above average Microsoft Excel skills
•Ability to prepare cost estimates in short time frames and work under pressure on multiple projects
