Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues
  • •Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and printers
  • •Perform device setup, re-imaging, and deployment of hardware equipment as required in a 24/7 operational environment
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT incidents and service requests
  • •Monitor IT systems and escalate complex issues to IT staff when necessary

Key Requirements

  • •Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • •Good knowledge of Linux operating systems (an advantage)
  • •Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and common business applications
  • •Good knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi (an advantage)
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
