Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide ongoing nutrition support to help patients transform maladaptive eating patterns into a healthy relationship with food.
  • •Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including nutrition assessments, meal plan prescriptions, and target weight range assessments via telehealth.
  • •Guide exposure to fear/challenge foods and communicate meal plan updates and nutrition concerns clearly to the treatment team and families.
  • •Echo treatment team directives, build therapeutic relationships with families, and support discharge planning.
  • •Update treatment plans weekly based on patient progress and document all care in Equip’s electronic medical record.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have an active state license in Massachusetts.
