Collateral Management Associate

Process and manage daily OTC swap, repo, and TBA collateral call activity, including confirming counterparty collateral demands and initiating collateral transfers for liquidity management. Support month-end collateral interest processing and portfolio reconciliation while applying Jefferies policies and ISDA best practices. Contribute to collateral margining across repo finance, OTC swaps, and TBA-covered agency transactions, with exposure to derivatives including FX options, IR swaps, CDS/CDX, and equity swaps.
